At Hi Tech Trades, we strive to provide exceptional service and customer satisfaction. However, due to the nature of our services, we maintain the following refund policy for memberships, services, and purchases.
1. Membership Refund Policy

All membership fees are non-refundable. Once a membership is purchased, no refunds will be issued, including for any unused time or services.

It is the member’s responsibility to schedule and utilize the services within the membership period.

Memberships are non-transferable and can only be used at the registered service address.
2. Service Refund Policy

Payments for completed services are non-refundable unless the service was not performed as agreed due to an error on our part.

If a scheduled service cannot be completed due to safety concerns, eligibility restrictions, or factors beyond our control, we will offer alternative solutions where possible but will not issue a refund.

Any service-related concerns must be reported within 48 hours of completion for review.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Service Appointments: Cancellations must be requested at least 24 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees.

Membership Cancellations: Memberships can be canceled at any time with a written request, provided there is no outstanding balance. However, no refunds will be issued for early termination.

Rescheduled appointments are subject to technician availability and will be booked at the earliest convenience.
4. No-Show & Late Cancellation Fees

If a customer fails to be present for a scheduled service without prior notice, a no-show fee may apply.

Late cancellations (less than 24 hours' notice) may result in a partial charge to cover scheduling costs.
5. Priority Service Disclaimer

If priority service is included in your membership, it provides higher scheduling urgency over non-members, but it does not guarantee an exact appointment time.

All services are scheduled based on availability and workload.
6. Exceptions

In rare cases where a refund may be considered, requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

Refunds will not be issued due to change of mind, lack of service usage, or failure to schedule an appointment.
